This Fall in Nepal

Once again, Lord Jesus Ministry was able to fulfill the Great Commission of Christ (Matt. 28:18-20) and send a mission team deep in the remote mountains of Nepal. This year we set out with one month left of the worst monsoon season in over a decade! We were confronted with lots of torrential rainfall, mudslides, tons and tons of leeches, an earthquake, and a rumor of bird flu! Once more, we saw God move in answered prayers for many miracles and most of all changed hearts in conversions and baptisms. Read more »

2011 Earthquake

On Sunday Evening, the 16th of September, 2011, an earthquake with a magnitude of 6.9, centered near the Nepal border in the Indian State of Sikkim, occurred with aftershocks all across the Himalayan Mountains.

An Ambassador from Asbury

August 27, 2011


This summer in 2011, Lord Jesus Ministry hosted a volunteer from Asbury University in Wilmore, KY in the US named Emily Stein. She was a recent graduate with a major in Music (Emphasis in the Piano) and Bible. She spent six weeks traveling to the schools of our ministry teaching our students while offering them beginning lessons in guitar and keyboard as well as a very simple introduction to the very basics of Music Theory. Happy Independence Day!

August 15th is India’s national day of Independence and LJM celebrated it at our schools across the region. In Gangnapur, we were very blessed to see four individuals choose to celebrate their independence by being baptized as they chose of their own free will to follow in the footsteps of Jesus Christ!

We are fully supporting them on their personal decisions and ask you to join us in praying for them!
